For applications for any of our camps please send us an enquiry by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the group size fails to meet the minimum number of 4 then we reserve the right to cancel and a full refund will be given.
How to book:
Email us with your enquiry and we will send you the link to fill out our online booking form.
To reserve your place on a course fill in the booking form and send us the balance within the required period. (Please first read our Terms and Conditions)
When to make Payments:
50 percent of the balance is due within 7 days of receipt of the booking form and if booked prior to 8 weeks before the start of the course.
The full balance is due no later than 8 weeks before the start of the course.
Full payment is expected within 7 days of booking if made within 8 weeks of the course start date.
Payments can be made by bank transfer or cheque;
Paying by Bank Transfer - Bank transfer details will be sent upon receipt of your completed booking form
Paying by Cheque - If paying by cheque please e-mail us to confirm your booking. This way we can reserve your place

Please include your name, address, name of course and accommodation type, dates and any specific dietary requirements.
On receiving your payment you will be sent a receipt of payment and confirmation of your booking.
It is a condition of booking that you are insured for off-piste snowboarding covering personal accident, rescue and third party risks. You are strongly advised also to take out cover against cancellation and curtailment.
