Mountain Penguins was established by Lars Vanhaelewyck, an internationally qualified IFMGA Mountain Guide
Lars has over 20 years of experience snowboarding in the Mont Blanc massif, the Alps and the greater ranges of the world. Having lived in Chamonix for over a 20 years, he has enjoyed the unique and unlimited possibilities in and around the valley. He is proficient in four languages; English, French, German and of course his mother tongue Dutch.
All our guides are IFMGA mountain guides (International Federation of Mountain Guides Associations), the highest possible qualification ensuring the best standards in safety, client care and enjoyment. They are selected on their personality and personal knowledge of the chosen objective and motivation to provide a safe but unforgettable experience.
